Øresund Life is designed so that the sensitive part of your calculation never has to leave your device.
Your calculation stays in your browser
Salary, housing costs, household details and commuting values are stored in your browser's local storage so you can come back and continue. They are not sent to a server and we never see them.
No account needed
The full calculator, the results page and the scenario simulator work without signing up. We do not ask for identity documents, personal numbers or bank details.
Shared links
If you create a share link, your answers are encoded into the URL itself. Anyone with the link can see those numbers, so only share it with people you trust. Nothing is stored on our side.
Analytics
Product events such as 'calculator started' or 'result viewed' are prepared in the application so we can understand how the product is used. No analytics provider is connected yet, and when one is, it will be configured without tracking cookies and without financial values.
Clearing your data
Use 'Start over' in the calculator to erase the stored answers immediately. Clearing your browser storage has the same effect.
